Simply awful. Shocking service, appalling food and horrendous beer. It is amazing to find a place with such utter contempt for its clientele in 2011.

Avoid this place like the plague - very unfriendly/surly staff, bad beer, kids running wild, inedible food, car park that charges you for the privilege of parking in it (the first pub I have ever seen this at), just don't go there.

This is indeed now a Harvester and unsurprisingly last Sunday afternoon it was packed with screaming kids and large groups standing at the bar. The one good thing is that most people in here had young children so everyone was in the same boat.

Old Speckled Hen is available on draught along with a large selection of standard lagers and San Miguel.

I didn’t stay long as my brain started to hurt, but it is good to know that there is somewhere to take the kids in a couple of years and I won’t be expected to keep my eye on them.

Agree with both comments below.

Most of the beers seems to be "off" most of the time, and, if the place is full of young professionals, it's a pity they're not working behind the bar!
