| This is a family run pub, freindly atmosphere locals polite and a comfortable pub to have a quiet drink with friends before you go out on the tiles! food is lovely and worth the money! cooked to high standards. Lovely indian resturant with freindly staff in the evening but traditional english food served hot through the day! Will definatly become my local, I have just moved to isle of dogs! Best pub for beer and a chat! L_dean - 25 Jun 2006 01:13 |
| Out and out east end boozer, be prepared to be a local or suffer the wrath of silence and stares. Try not to step on the lost teeth that litter the floor. Pool tables and fruit machines definitely off limits to first timers. Cheap beer though the Pier Tavern down the road is a less worrisome pint. M_Evans - 14 Feb 2006 03:39 |
