| This used to be a good pub with good ales and good service but has really gone downhill. I've stopped going in now as it is mucky, grubby, tatty and really short staffed. The beer selection is good or would be if they were 'on' but it's nearly always "oh sorry, that one's off". Oh, and the white wine used to be chilled properly. | Solid Wetherspoons. Usually a good selection of 5-6 ales including local guests. Always in excellent condition. The tucker is hit and miss but the drinking patio is very good when the sun is out. Sharp - 16 Jun 2008 22:05 |

| Now called The Benjamin Huntsman. This pub is the usual Wetherspoon's outlet. A decent pub with decent food and decent range of drinks but nothing outstanding. Feels a bit like a barn inside as it has a gallery area that makes it feel like a barn. anonymous - 1 May 2006 14:00 |
