Excellent pub especially when there's a good guest beer on tap.

being a northerner im always a little biased when it comes to ale houses "darn sarf" but this is a gem, the ale is well keptt, the staff are polite and helpful and its one of those places you could persuade yourself to stay in for "one more"

This is a top old pub with a very welcome feel. The beers good, foods great and the staff are friendly. Sunday roast is the best value for money if you can get a table! I've always found a nice friendly mix of people drinking in the Dog too..

Busy over the last few days, but staff always working hard to get everyone served in the correct order. The only bad thing I can say about the pub is certain dulwich people who are think they are3 it and do not know how to behave in pubs, such as going backwards and forwards to place their order, instead of doing it at the same time.

P.S. Has anyone seen Mad Dave lately?

This pub has excellent food and beer and very nice environs. The staff were efficient and friendly. This Pub i remember as my favourite, when i had a bout of visiting the London main entries in the good pub guide in 2005. Unfortunately i am too far away at the moment to visit , but i will make the Crown and Greyhound one of my first to visit on my return.
