Great little pub, and I mean little!! It does stretch back a bit. Lovely panelled interior, great beers, friendly and efficient bar staff, various football matches on different screens, and fantastic beer garden. You really can't lose. buster_gonads - 10 May 2008 15:52
The only nearly proper pub on Church Street, the rest just lack something and I'm not just blaming the trendies like everyone else. danrkelly - 1 Nov 2007 09:35
Hi everybody ! ! ! ! Excuse me for my english, 'cause i'm french. I know very well this pub, 'cause from 1999 to 2001, my girlfriend and me we went all the wednesday nights to listen the Irish music and too for the St Pat's Day with this musician's band : Sean to the fiddle, Patrick to the bodhran and spoon, Paul and Christ to their guitar and banjo. We don't forget all these magics moments passed in this pub. It was wonderfull. It's a great pub !!!! "Guinness please !!!!!!" annetherese.patrice - 27 May 2007 19:00
Little gem of Irish Craic among the many dives in Stokie. anonymous - 13 Sep 2006 17:37
Best pub in Stokie. Buy a pint of Guiness, take a seat and the friendly bar staff will bring it to you after proper pouring is complete. Summer evening's are enjoyable in the beer garden, shame it's just concrete though. Friday nights often have impromptu jams. It's not up itself at all and the manager seems quite willing to participate in community stuff. mattsaze - 22 Aug 2006 11:33
