| Excellent place just off the main drag. 6 beers available (Hobsons Bitter and Mild plus 4 guests) abd 2 ciders. Prices very reasonable - we paid £2.30 for Hobsons Bitter. Obviously a locals pub but we still felt welcome. Well worth finding. cheshirecat - 3 Jul 2011 12:26 |
| What a marvellous pub! Great mix of customers and a good feel to the place. The licencee was born for the job, within twenty minutes he found out my name, where I was staying and why I was in town, and all without seeming nosy. Outstanding range of local beers and ciders.
