This was a delightful find in York, recommended to me by someone in one of York's other real ale pubs. This is not a pub but a cafe bar, yet there were 3 real ales on offer when I visited in December 07. The ales offered were also from micros and I had a Hambleton Belly Warmer. Although the ground floor level is small, there are rooms upstairs and I enjoyed wandering round too. It is an old timbered building and I hope it does well.
