| I've never seen the middle section tables reserved!! It's always the back section and they advertise that all the time. As for the curtains...the back curtain opens around 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays and around 8 pm on Sundays. The front curtain to my knkowledge is always open. As for the lack of real ale, it is a young persons venue, so they cater for 21-40. I'm sure there are some in the age bracket that drink real ale but surely not high enough numbers to warrant sell it in this venue. flazzy - 18 Sep 2008 12:22 |
| Clean, staff ok, younger venue, food and drink expensive, very quiet apart from friday and saturday nights which are too busy and too long to get served. never know which curtain is open, so never know if you can sit at the front, middle (which the seats are sometimes reserved) or the back. | In response to psweeds123, no i dont expect quality control of glasses but that was one of many things that ruined the place for me. It appears i am not alone regarding the DJ either noting the other comments. Maybe it would have been a good idea to throw my the dirty glass at the DJ. At least he might have shut up! Yes, there aint many alternatives but when a new place opens you wish that it would finally be a place thats worth going to in our er, um, lovely town. But once again you get disappointed.
