| The pub before the current owners took it over was a complete dump! It is now the most friendly, well run place in the village, even area! I am biased though as I work here, but it is such a different place to what it was before. Since the smoking ban we have created a fantastic garden with PATIO HEATERS!!!! You wont find anything like that anywhere else in the village! Our food is amazing, so varied to suit everyone! We were even voted Pub of the Day by Time 106.6 FM! Any comments are welcome, but anyone who has anything bad to say about this place is insane, all you need to do is open your eyes and see this is the best pub in the area, good food, good beer and great company! | What can I say. This pub was dead as the Crown. It was the shitiest pub around and often didn't even have draught beer. Most people wouldn't dream of going in there, including me and my family. Now it's a different story. The place is clean, great staff, great beer, great food, fantastic beer garden. I personally think it is the best pub in Colnbrook by far. I never thought I would see this pub returned to it's former glory, so well done to the current owners and their lovely friendly staff!!! tankardman - 14 Dec 2007 17:36 |
