| How this pub has a user rating this low (currently 4.8) I don't know. It's one of the nicest environments to be in in the town centre, well, a short stroll over the town bridge anyway. The food is consistantly good and the staff very friendly. I have spent many fri/sat/sun. nights there and have never seen "300 students" just a good crowd of people having a good time. The clientele are mainly in their late twentys and upwards, this may explain the relaxed atmosphere. | A good pub with reasonable food, very friendly staff and the Stella's always good. Sometimes gets busy with groups of 300 irritating students all sharing a glass of coke but still the best pub I've been to in Bedford. Stella_mad_Martyn - 8 Mar 2007 14:15 |
