| We can confirm that it is quite entertaining on a Tuesday when the Karaoke is underway. Good to see youngsters having fun and a good multi-racial mix. | Visited this recently after a long absence following a disagreement with one of the local gypsies and the landlord. What a change. Following a refurbishment and a new landlord this pub has definitely changed gear. Still gets many foreign students as customers from what I could tell. I've always liked the Woodman but was put off because of some of the locals who used to frequent. Will be using it as a stop off point in the future.
