| My personal favourite of the Kingsand / Cawsand pubs. Frequented by locals and tourists alike, but being few yards out of sight from the beaches the bucket and spade brigade tend to miss it out (hooray). Decently kept ale (Sharp's brewery is the dominant one here) and a very nice lunchtime menu. The bar area is not large, so seating can sometimes be at a premium on a busy afternoon or evening - but if you can't get a seat there's plenty of other pubs close by and it's worth checking here first. themillbrooker - 28 Oct 2007 12:04 |
| Lovely food and cosy atmosphere. Loads of outside seating which is nice in Summer. Not a lot of room in the pub itself so it can get quite cramped and I have found it a bit smokey. They do however have live music nights which are always successful. anonymous - 27 Aug 2006 16:19 |
