| Since being taken over by Russell and Mark, the D&C has become one of the friendliest and best kept pubs in the area. The pool table is gone and the dart board is only usable on match nights. Live jazz currently on Mondays (as at Oct 2007) with a light-bite menu. Full menu served most evenings. Choice of 3 ales (if you include Courage Best) - Sharp's Betty Stoggs, Butcombe's and the aforementioned Courage.
