Pride, Landlord, Brakspear Oxford Gold and Harvey's Sussex Best. Some foreign bottles, I spotted Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Boon Kriek. A bit gastro looking but ok.

First time ever in this pub. Walked past it on numerous occasions but never been in. It was okay. Pint of Amstel £3.40. It is quite small inside but outside there are some benches and you could get some rays in. Bit noisey mind. All in all I'd drop in again.

This pub is better than its average mark suggests: it is located on a very unappealing stretch of Park Road with traffic thundering past, and the poor location I suspect accounts for the small amount of reviews it had. Inside, it's perhaps a bit gastropubby (albeit done quite well) - the main bar is surprisingly small, but there's a further food bit up some stairs towards the back and a function room upstairs. Five handpumps and four ales on when I visited, including Pride, TT Landlord, and Fuller's Seafarers' Ale: the Seafarers' was served well. I didn't eat but the food smelt good.

Lovely little pub. Can be hard to get a seat during peak times but always managed to shuffle someone up. Good mix of tourists & locals, after a while they seemed to warm to us and were friendly. Beer was good but dont leave it to go for a cig or it may not be there when you get back. Lots of celeb stuff around the bar, if your into that.
