| Completely refurbed and now renamed as the "Box tree inn". Bright airy place with wooden or stone floors. Big garden. Brakespears, Doombar, Spitfire & Black horse on pump. Tried all but the Brakespears and they were fine. Menu promised a lot but delivered rather less, food was bland and disappointing. Sandwiches were by far the best option. | MY fav pub in surrey - it got it all. A little 18's side with a pool table and awsome food, good fruties and a wide selection of food (very good chips). Perfect after a cycle ride up there.
