| Dead - barman has new laptop; he's much more interested in that than serving. This pub is on the market - with its nearby sister pub, the Blue Anchor (which also suffers from apathy). New management/staff for both is the only hope. simwilliams - 10 Oct 2008 11:59 |

| Well after another chance of manager my once favourite reigate pub has hit new depths. The interior was filthy, 2 of the 4 advertised biiter's were off, the remaining 2 were poor. The bar staff were as dirty ( as in unwashed) as the pub with only a very basic command of english. Everone smokes directly outside the front door filling the bar with smoke, i could go on but you get the general idea. AVOID! local_lad - 26 Jul 2008 18:49 |
| Having managed this pub for a year puting heart and effort into it, it was with great disappointment to see it go downhill in less than a week on the new chav management takeover.
