| Reigate's largest and under-performing pub. Upstairs rarely open and constant changes in highly indifferent staff - who talk loudly between themselves and to a small band of regulars who sit at the bar,near the TV. Toilets are terrible - and there seems to be no management whatsoever. The ROE (return on equity) ratios have to be totally unacceptable - but does anyone care ? Compare this place to The Sun in Redhill (o k - different type of pub and location, but same size) and you'll see what good management,skills,interest,value,hygene - can do !
