| A brilliant acquisition for Fullers which will be a huge success in the heart of a lovely Surrey Town in Reigate. Fullers must be excited about this investment and I'm confident with the purchase and refurbishment in the pub and giving the town a fantastic offer will be beneficial for all. This is a pub/hotel that I've always looked upon as having huge potential and you must give Fullers credit for spotting this above it's competition. | This week, the Surrey Mirror confirms the Fullers' purchase - for £1.8m! Seems a lot in this market for an under-performing pub taking just £11k a week (the sale particulars said); but they can't do worse that the current owners and staff who made a disaster of this fine pub which must have a gross square footage of about 10,000 sq. ft. in a prominent location.
