Well the lansdowne. Easily the most chilled pub in the wider area. Even when its busy. No agro, a nice place to go.

one of the best on the 'strip', but that doesn't say much. bar staff gormless, locals a step up from the other joints....

This is a decent enough pub for watching football in as it has 3 plasma screens, one of which is huge. I watched the first half of the Arsenal v Spurs game in here and they also managed to have the Chelsea game on a little old TV in the corner. Barman was nice enough and there were signs up that there is a minimum £5 spend when live games are on – fair enough.

The crowd was good for Burnt Oak, but I don’t think I would bother with here if there was no game on.

What can you say about HQ? Good pub, good people, good beer. And their very own weeman & chesney!! What more do you need.

It is cosy family run pub, that offers something for all age groups! Quality, home cooked food served daily, 12 noon to 8pm with chef specials. Friendly service and surroundings, make you feel like your in your own from room!
