| Great pub Great food-Really good atmosphere. The Earl Ferrers is a shining example of what a well run pub should be-An atmosphere that is welcoming and fun without trying to hard.A great menu which caters for all-Even Vegititarians! And a well stocked selection of drinks and most importantly really good music. If you have not tried it and you live in Streatham well welcome to your new local. | The food is now back on the menu folks! Had brunch this morning, it was goooooodddddddd!! Just the thing for a hangover and booked for Sunday lunch tomorrow. Duncan and Abby are great chefs, long may it last!! petehels - 9 Aug 2008 18:56 |
| The Earl has re-opened Its bigger (they now have a little bit of a beer garden in back) and better than ever. There are loads of new wines and spirits whilst they still have the real ales which I like. The Quiz night is back on Wednesday nights and there have been a few barbecue's and parties since it re-opened. I spoke to the new landlords and they are going to be starting food soon, so watch this space. petehels - 26 Jul 2008 13:54 |
| After many months closed it is fab to see the Earl open once again. Quality local, new management doing a great job - lets hope the locals support it given its location off the beaten track. Sunday roasts are welcomed although variable. adeleuk - 2 Apr 2008 19:45 |
| Really glad to see this place is back open and the new management seem like they've got some good ideas. The landlord is a chef so there should be a good menu coming up. I've just moved from Streatham and this is the thing I will miss the most. And quite possibly the only thing. lukemarson - 2 Feb 2008 11:10 |
