Now called the White Horse. Small, clean (too many empties around though) and a reasonable pint. Slightly on the pricy side but overall, not a killer. caskmark - 2 Jun 2010 12:48
This pub has recently been taken over by new independent owners. it has had a massive face lift from the drab old irish bar it once was. it is now called The white horse pub and grill and is a warm and welcoming pub. great selection of largers from around the world and now, thank god, some real hand pull ales on. the manager takes good care of them too and regularly has them on a rotation. food is also good. have tried a few meals at lunchtime. all is homemade and very tasty and reasonably priced. it really is what the area needed for those of us that want a real pub with character and charm. 10 out of 10. keep up the good work. dylboy - 27 Sep 2008 18:26
This is a decent little pub and at least they smile unlike All Bar One up the road. I was in here during the World Cup and the doormen from Barracuda Bar across the road came in and scared the sxxx out of a few chavs who were playing on the fact that it was all female bar staff......it was worth the visit to see that alone...top marks to the doormen for this "neighbourly" approach! thecityboy - 9 Aug 2006 12:40
Small and dingy, only pop in if making up the numbers on a pub crawl... drunkmarv - 22 Mar 2006 15:43
Flat-pack 'Irish' pub. London Pride was OK though. Heart of the City so full of suits. Close to Middlesex St (Petticoat lane) Market though. Dan - 29 Sep 2004 12:54
