| Food and drink reasonably priced but they have destroyed a traditional old village pub and turned it into a chain pub clone. Gone is the atmosphere, the old beams have been painted an insipid sort of beige colour and there are three piece suites to sit on. | STAFF ONLY WANTED TO SERVE REGULARS WHO ONLY HAD TO LOOK UP TO BE SERVED THE REST HAD TO WAIT . WHEN I SAID TO THE STAFF THAT I WASW NEXT AFTER SEEING TWO PEOPLE SERVED OUT OF TURN , THE REPLY I GOT WAS 'YOU WILL BE SEEN TO WHEN I'M READY ' WE LEFT , DON'T GO IN HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT .
