| A legendary pub. Go and have a pint there. Now. Just do it! whelklocator - 16 Apr 2011 23:27 |
| Called in after the wadworths brewery tour - as the tour guide said it was the best in the area. It certainly had a nice atmosphere (enhanced by the fact the Henry's IPA was only £1.99 a pint). Also has an eclectic mix of music on the jukebox and an interesting Rifle range actually inside the pub. Will call again. start - 17 Jan 2011 12:19 |
| Called in here during a recent visit to Devizes. Friendly people, typical old man's pub. I was a bit surprised that my orange juice wasn't out of a fridge nor with any ice but, apart from that, a nice enough place with some interesting side rooms, a pool table and a cribbage team. | This pub stinks of dog! It's dirty with unclean glasses. The outside garden is a real suntrap it's just a shame the owners can't spend a couple of hundred pounds on new tables and take some pride in the place. CarrotMuncher - 23 Apr 2007 11:55 |
| Old pub well restored Wadworth beers - well worth a visit. moonraker - 18 Apr 2005 07:29 |
