| still up for lease from enterprise inns,for an estimated ingoing of 50.000,mrs man at the bar,used to live just over the road from the hoth,in fact her parents still do,this could be a cracking local,with the right people running it,the only competion in the area is the royal oak,europa and of course the bell,but if you read previous postings on these pubs you will come to see that they are all having problems at the moment,and after saying all of that it comes down to the fact that it is an enterprise lease,who in there right mind would pay that sort of money and let enterprise dictate how you run your own? pub.
