| This pub has changed over the past year, after a major refurb by the new manager it has really gone upmarket but they still offer great value for money. A year ago I would have brushed straight past this pub but I ventured in and found that it had a new very crisp decor. Behind the bar the staff were very friendly and helpful, I ordered 2 of thier burgers and 2 pints of fosters and found that the price was very average for the location. The food was brought out to us quickly and was superb. Overall I found the venue extremly welcoming and cannot wait to return again some day. jcottam - 17 Apr 2010 17:01 |
