| Huge disappointment and a farce - visited for Sunday roast at 5pm and after telling us that 6 roasts would be no problem, told actually they only had 4, changed our order only to be told 5 mins later they now only had two left. Changed orders again, told it would take 10-15 mins and 40 mins later 2 cold roasts with almost no potatos, 2 overcooked steaks with burnt tomatoes and 2 burgers arrived. Rude staff when we asked for utensils to eat with and some tomato sauce. This is the third time we've had bad service and food. Needless to say we've fiay learnt our lesson and wont be going back there ever again. Teamchiswick - 5 Jun 2011 19:11 |
