fabulous (and attractive) staff, brilliant food at a price that suits any pocket, frankly dirt cheap for Chiswick. But the sports screens make the place. A real old school boozer. Not enough of them left on the Chiswick High Road!

Alright little boozer, great for smokers, good little garden at the back with screen for footie, screens everywhere inside the pub. Pool table as well which is another bonus, tricky to find them these days. But judging from previous posts the food has changed - A LOT! I was there for the Utd Chelski final last night and three of us braved something from the menu - HORRIFIC doesn't even come close - but then when everything on the menu costs £5 (with the exceptioon of the Angus rump steak - £8), what can you expect? Food really is bad. I am not a fussy eater, in fact I'll eat anything but I struggled to finish the 'chicken burger'. Good chips though. Plus points - screens; garden; poo table. On the downside - don't eat there!

This is an Irish ‘shop conversion’ pub and I think that it has been done very well. As with all these pubs there is live music and Sky television. I loved the layout inside and one of the major gripes that this pub has received in previous posts is that it was too smoky, but obviously this is not a problem anymore since the smoking ban.

The barmaid was very friendly and a pint costs £3.10 which is basically in line with all the other pubs in the area.

I think to enjoy yourself in one of these pubs you have to be in the correct frame of mind, which I normally am!

Superb pub - love the beer garden with screen to watch the football on - Im not even a smoker but it was nice sitting outside in the evening watching Hibs stuff Hearts Scum.

Terrible pub, full of smoke and unfriendly looking punters. On the plus side, shows every football match going.
