The Sligachan Hotel, Sligachan
The comment submitted in May 2005 must have been referring to a visit over 2 years before as the Isle of Skye Brewery (who brew the excellent Red Cuillin) has not supplied this place since early in 2003. Sligachan now has its own brewery (The Cuillin Brewery - now why did it choose THAT name?) so please don't confuse their homebrew-like beers with the superb ones from Isle of Skye Brewery.
