Jubilee Inn, Pelynt

yes it definitely was the Jubilee Inn..you know.. the one in Pelynt ( is there any other jubille inns in Pelynt ( I dont think so). Funny how "driptrays" and "beerslops" tone and comments are pretty similar...hmm..I'll let you be the judge!

To get to the point ...the food is 0/10 don't care what others are charging or whether the beers good.....its awful you have been warned.

Jubilee Inn, Pelynt

Went to this pub recently after passing by on many occasions when visiting nearby. To get to the point quite simple the worst food I have ever had the misfortune to taste in a restaurant/pub. How the owners can charge for this without p**ing themselves laughing is beyond me..

Roast Dinner= Microwaved meat. Not real gravy. Nuked veg.
Chicken ( was it really chicken? ) in a liddl or similar sauce
Garlic Mushroom starters-please lets not even go there.

I thought this kind of food had disappeared in the 70's but it still remains at the Jubillee like a relic. The most amazing thing is it was packed.

Still if you can still make cash ( and it wasn't cheap) by serving this and people still pay ..then I suppose all I can say is well done! And why would you bother to change things? Unless you actually cared about the food.
