oh and another point to add to that is that they have now employed cleaners, to come in everyday of the week.

I know alotof people are losing faith with the pub due to the increase in chavs, the lack of beer, the pub not really looking fantastic and the list goes on, but, the current owners, current barstaff and also the regulars of the pub that do not want it to en up shutting down are all working together on this one to bring the pub up to its full potential!!! The things tht have been going wrong recently and what has been put into place to resolve it:
- ceilling in the vault area - all been re plastered, just needs a lick of paint now.
- lack of beer - the beer order has now been left to someone who knows how much beer the pub sells and so with regards to running out, i dont expect that to happen anytime in the near future as long as he has the control.
- no heating - the boiler was fixed yesterday and so we now have heat in the pub!!!
- outside the pub - a couple of the local regulars have very kindly started to redo the outside of the pub plant wise, the hedges are all being cut back, the window boxes re planted, new hanging baskets.
things are getting sorted but slowly. please everyone who appreciates that pub for what it was, watch this space for more updates! Give it a chance and if there are any more ideas, or things that you feel need to be addressed, please let me know and i can forward them to the appropriate people!!! thanks
