Eight Bells, Chipping Campden

Fine pub in an area that tends to have too much reliance on tourists. The service from the staff couldn't be faulted - attentive without being pushy, and the food was good quality, if overpriced. The beer was well kept; the decor and furnishings comfortable.

The Blue Bell Inn, Kettlewell

A well run pub, with pleasant and helpful staff, a friendly landlord, good food at reasonable prices, and decent beer. Above all, it is a pub with a bit of atmosphere, probably due to having a mixture of locals and visitors.

The Unicorn Inn, Bayford

We went there on a quiet lunchtime, mainly for some food. The landlord could not have been more pleasant, and we had excellent light lunches - that were actually rather filling - and some well kept beer.
