Have visited a couple of times at the weekend with baby in buggy, able to get round to the river side and have a couple of pints in superb riverside setting. watching boats moor for a quick a drink and move on adds to the 'on the river' atmosphere.
the prices are high and the food well overpriced, we waited an hour for a table and then it took so long for anyone to even acknowledge us nevermind take our order that we gave up and walked out, at those prices I would expect excellent service but they were busy so probably don't care anyway.
the interior lacked atmosphere and it all had a restaurant kind of feel to it but worth a visit just to sit by the river with a cool pint on a summers day.

Awful management, completely lacked any idea of customer service when I (politely) commented on the poor quality of my very expensive pint, don't bother with this uninspiring bland pub.

I have visited this pub regularly for over 6 years and positives are: reasonable pricing and that the locals frequent it en masse.
One constant negative is the surly unfriendly bar staff, its as if it is passed it on to every new member of staff like a badge.
