This pub now has new landlords THANKFULLY!!! It is much better managed and so much cleaner! It use to be run by some CONTROL FREAK but has taken a turn for the better.

Well my honest opinion is I visited this pub with friends and met some right weird characters at the bar. Found the landlord very miserable and he doesn't communicate. The landlady was fun and friendly and a great communicator. Had to laugh about the chicken in the back yard. Didn't realize they were there until we had opened the back gates and they all made a break for it!

I use to love this pub but I disagree with the person that says ''no signs of CHAVS'' - this is a FIRST CLASS CHAVS pub and everybody local know it. It has great entertainment value and appears to be popular.
