A superb family run pub which serves good guest ales in a warm and friendly environment. Food is of a high standard whilst being very light on the wallet!! As a result, always book ahead as it is a very popular place.
** And if you see two identical barmen, it isn't because you've drunk too much - they are identical twins!!! Worth many a visit.

A chain pub which offers a personal feel. Always a good selection of guest bitters, which staff are only too willing to let you try. Decent menu, food well prepared and served. A nice atmosphere, comfortable with a friendly staff led by a very friendly landlord. Well worth a visit or two.

The Harlescott Inn, Shrewsbury
Demolished and now replaced by a Lidl supermarket!!!
