The Plume of Feathers, Greenwich
The Plume does lots of food in the bar and out the back in the dining room which is great. When you walk in it still looks and feels like the traditional pub it's always been.
The Richard on the other hand don't feel like a pub anymore. I'm not against change but somethings need to be left alone...the Tolly's one of them.
Oh,and they've ruined the Pilot too.

Massive refurb, now full on gastro. Large conservatory eating area on the rear so the garden's smaller. Ale was good...five pumps on.

Lovely little Pub, 10 ales on last night, the two we tried were spot on.

Major refurb in progress inside and out hence the £3.80 for a pint of Doombar?

Popped in for a quick pint of Harveys and very nice it was too.
Most tables set out for food, quite a few people eating.
Nice decor, main bar with small room on side.
Landlord not grumpy tonight although definitely a
touch of Basil Fawlty about him.

My first visit for 20 years and it's now known as the Tree House Bar & Resturant although the old La Marquanderie sign is still on the front wall. A sort of conservatory has been stuck on the side of this old stone pub losing some of the outdoor seating and possibly the fountain? It's well geared up for food although I only tried the Liberation Ale which was excellent. The old traditional interior is now a beige/grey mess in the style of an office plus a couple of pool tables.

Popped in with family on a wet Friday lunchtime, lovely pint of Liberation Ale, decent meal and friendly staff, great. Passing same pub that evening fancied a quick pint on route to restaurant only to be told could not even sit outside pub after 7pm as we had our 12 year old with us. Tried another pub with the same result, strange island law?

Ignore previous posting, the pub has just had a lick of paint, good selection of ales, usual regulars, staff fine, not worrying at all.

We had dinner here two nights on the trot and thought it was a really nice place to eat & drink. The food was good and the staff were on their toes.

Nice local, friendly staff and drinkers. Usually three ales on tap, banged out for big football matches. Along with the Plume of Feathers it's the one to use in the high st.
