A vast improvement since the new management have taken over. Still suffers from it's size; always seeming empty. Prettified and clean, decent food and well kept beer, very good barstaff and service. It will get there.

I don't think this pub has ever known what it has wanted to be. Maybe its the size of the place, but it has always seemed a little anonymous and cheerless. Similar to having a drink in an empty airport departure lounge. A little pricey too. Maybe the new management will add some needed warmth and friendliness.

The Devonshire Arms, Piccadilly
Remember drinking here in the nineties. the toilets would back up on a regular basis and would cause effluvia to drip from the light fittings in the downstairs bar. Classy.
Glad there has been a refurb since then.

Ridiculously expensive pub. Bar staff are efficient and friendly but this does not detract from the prices.
