The Bulls Head, West Clandon

Best Mixed Grill for a long time and good value.
Also - no TV no music - great.
Change nothing

The Plough Inn, Rottingdean

Very good.

Had the boar burger ! Really tasty with a glass of Harveys.

Nice town pub with a local friendly feel.

The Greyhound, Keymer

After another return visit, the Greyhound remains one of our favourite pub eateries.

Always tastes freshly cooked and the have Harveys.

Never left there disappointed.

Hassan is always welcoming.

The Bolney Stage, Bolney

Under new management and we were pleasantly pleased.

Good hearty pub food at reasonable prices.

Roaring wood fire.

Very chatty and friendly staff.

Well worth a return visit.

Will be even more pleasant in the summer on the patio and in the garden.

The Red Lion, Turners Hill


Called for lunch and a nice proper Harveys pub.

I had the Sausage Ploughman's - a new one on me - and very good. Good portion and reasonable price

I think the coleslaw was home made.

Worth a visit.

Harbourmaster, Aberaeron

One place that fully deserves its reputation.
Food was very good and was constructed rather than just cooked.
Good beers served by caring staff

The Poacher, Elsworth

New owners who really care for the customers. Good food cooked simply and honestly. All tht you can need in a village pub.

New management and now a decent village pub.
Friendly and food good.
The curry was good and spicy.

Very average indeed and disappointing.
Sausages very overcooked and gravy courtesy of Bisto.

The Cock Inn, Wivelsfield

Good plain food with friendly happy staff and good beer.
What more can you ask for.

The Horns Lodge, South Chailey

New owners who are working hard to make this a community pub.

Food was good with a large choice of real ales.
