| Stopped here when walking the Socratic Trail, taking shelter from the relentless rain, with my group. Very friendly reception for 7 dripping wet and muddy walkers. As already mentioned, the ham, egg and chips was superb. Good range of real ales including Harvey's Best. The village is lucky to have such a great pub.
