The Goat, Battersea

Solid pub with well-priced beers. Good food and a lively atmosphere.

The Derby Arms, Epsom Downs

Very comfortable pub to relax in, particularly when that excellent fire's on. The beer is okay here with a good selection of lager and ale. The mulled wine is pretty nasty though. Overall a decent place.

The Bricklayers Arms, Putney

Lovely boozer tucked away just off the river. Excellent selection of ales including a full list of Timothy Taylor beers. Decent Dark Mild and a good perry on tap last weekend. Well worth a few pints in.

The Coat and Badge, Putney

Decent boozer with a good range of beer on tap. Good place to watch sport with 3 screens. Definitely worth a visit on the weekend.

Prince Of Wales, Putney

Like this pub a lot. Good ale on tap, especially the London Pride, the staff are very friendly and I like the decor and the comfy chairs in the middle room. The major negative I have against the place is how expensive the food is. However, I like drinking in here and all in all this is one of the top three pubs in Putney.

The Jolly Gardners, Putney

Overall, this is a very enjoyable boozer. Positives include decent ales (particularly Adnams), top cider (Suffolk), a good outside area for summer, comfortable seating inside and generally good looking birds. Downsides include: not enough staff behind the bar; the toilets can be a bit nasty, and the food can be a bit hit and miss (such as burnt to a crisp sausages).

The Dove Inn, Hammersmith

Went there with a friend last Friday on the strength of its rating. We sat in the Guinness Book of World Records certified smallest bar area and quaffed tasty pints of Fullers ESB and Discovery. We didnt think much of our pint of Chiswick. Have to disagree with the comments below our pints came in at under 3 pretty good for London, I think.
