The Railway Inn, Aldeburgh

Unfortunately the Railway does not do food any longer so we didnt get to sample it - The only pub with pool table and juke box again friendly staff good atmosphere again beer disappointing as cloudy and if your looking for a quite pint this isnt the place but great place for the youngsters to hang out and have a laugh.

David's Place, Aldeburgh

Certainly agree with Mr Carter - It is a bar in a million unfortunately David had recently passed away which was the talk of the Definate eccentrics who were there we certainly did feel like we were in a front room and were given some quite puzzled looks as we went in a case of " who are you and how dare you come in!" Staff were friendly beer not too bad but not the best of the town.

The Cross Keys, Aldeburgh

On a recent visit to aldeburgh my friends and I embarked on a pub crawl around the town - we happened upon the cross keys full of young people who were very loud this must definately be the Aldeburgh haunt of the young as most seemed to young to have a drink in their hands. The beer was poorly kept and cloudy I did consult the barmaid on this and I was shot down in flames after trying two pints we left with a definate bad taste in the mouth - sorry but this is a review page and not ment to cause offence.

The Mill Inn, Aldeburgh

On a recent visit to Aldeburgh we stopped here at the mill inn and were pleased we did. Friendly staff superb talkative barman & certainly the best kept pint in the town (we did them all!)Adnams is their real ale and crisp and clean is how it was unlike the cloudy alternatives we had elsewhere over the course of two days. The pub is local for the Aldeburgh Lifeboat crew & memoribilia lined the walls which was very interesting indeed. A must for all visitors to Aldeburgh.
