The Bell, Hove

Oh my God!!

Rough as nails, but the most sureal nights out to be had here. Full of characters (or drunks you might call them), I have had some very funny nights/day long benders in this place! To most it will be a hell hole, to some a throw-back to when it was all about getting pissed!!

Porn from the vending machine in the gents, what more need I say!!

The Exchange Inn, Hove

GREAT PUB!!

Best in Hove bar none!!!

Get down for a pint ASAP, gutted that I moved away from this pub, but go down that way as often as possible! Only downside is that it gets so busy on Friday and Saturday nights and when any football is on, but if you go to a good pub its bound to be popular!!

The Crescent, Brighton

I recently moved to the next street along from the Crescent and I was pleasantly suprised. Its not a great pub by any stretch of the imagination, but it is a good traditional boozer. The beer is ok,and the clientele are not too rough. Would not go out of my way to drink here, but if you live or work nearby it is a good starting point!

The Sussex, Haywards Heath

Just want to add that all those that descibed this place as friendly must love a good punch-up!! Went there 3 times, twice there was a mass brawl! One of those fights the guy had to be taken away in an ambulence. Always hostile atmosphere! Maybe they just made me feel unwelcome as I can speak in full sentances and not just a series of grunts!!

Would say I was glad to see the back of it, but unfortunately all the neanderthals that used to frequent the Sussex have spread out amongst the towns other pubs!

The Burrell Arms, Haywards Heath

This is not a good pub, I suggest you stay away, there are better pubs around..... I think!

The White Horse, Lindfield

Nice little pub, opposite the picturesque lindfield pond. Decor is very dated, but the courtyard to the rear is very nice. A summer pint can be enjoyed looking out over the pond.
