hello,

whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa WHOA...

the gentlemen writing here clearly have the wrong idea.

don;'t get me wrong guys, if you enjoy a glass of fine wine and a string quartet of an evening, that is fine.

the wheatsheaf serves a different purpose.

"the sheaf" has.

pool: better believe it! 1.20 a go, but the black queue is well gangsta, so you're big pimpin.

smoking area: yes... packed with babes, boon and barnaby.

booze: yes. and tetley's is pretty cheap as far as i can remember

babes behind the bar: three. and one rampant cougar. plus some sexy men if you're that way inclined

jukebox: yep. we'll have "bankrobber" by the clash please. and "gimme shelter".

PLUS: Saturday 11th September. THE RAD SHREDDERS + SPECIAL GUESTS. FREE... come down and groove. requests welcome.

Typical estate pub in a rough area. Avoid.

Not sure about this place. Does a job and know of no real alternatives within walkng distance. Tiles on floor remind of those used in public toilets. Nice clientele in general though and cheap enough. TVs everywhere but very substandard picture on them all. Pleasant but soul-less
