A modern feel pub but with a good selection of well kept cask ales - 6 available out of 7 on my visit. Worth a visit if you're in the area - just opposite the restaurants on Leopold Square.

Stopped in for one on Saturday night. Had I seen it from the outside in daylight I wouldn't have imagined it would have had a range of ales on, as it looked very new and identikit chain bar-esque from the outside.
Can't say it felt sterile inside due to the full-on Hallowe'en decorations. Music was a bit loud for me, though.
Quite a few seats at the bar level, with the bar against the back left-hand wall as you come in, with a few more tables and chairs downstairs.
Decent range of ales on tap including Abbeydale, O'Hanlons and a couple of Hallowe'eny brews. Went for one of them and tasted fine.
A decent offering as city centre pubs go.

I agree with the last review, that this pub is a little sterile, and like many other city centre 'bars', however, despite it being a Greene King pub, they do offer a good selection of real ales, some from smaller breweries.
Don't go out of your way to visit, but if you are nearby, you'll get a decent pint here and its pleasant enough.

Had an Abbeydale that was turning but I couldn't be bothered to argue the toss. Sterile Greene King pub.

GK pub with a lovely comfy interior & plenty of places to sit. Usual range of GK beers plus 2 from Abbeydale. Good central location & worth a visit.
