| Large pub on the station platform converted from the old booking office with a bit of an extention added. Several different rooms and areas all nicely furnished. Real fire in the main bar. 8 handpumps offering their own (Attwoods) beers and a cider. I tried both Nectar and Pale Ale at a very reasonable £2.50. Both were OK but nothing special - possibly as the pub was empty mid afternoon and there hadn't been much turnover yet. Food served all day - the menu looked to be fairly usual pub grub but the prices were reasonable. The only annoying thing was the TV turned up far too loud for an empty pub.
