| Mixed feelings about this pub I'm afraid... Firstly, my score will reflect the fact that on my visit 23rd July 14 there was no real ale on tap (not a good start to a BITE review). Only beer was Worthington Creamflow... The pub is slightly quirky, with the front dining room being very nice, but the back room and toilets not so impressive. I didn't find staff that friendly either. One guy was in a long, confused conversation about someone's bill, whilst the lady who took our order didn't seem to like the fact we only ordered one sandwich (two of us shared). We were only dropping off to break a long journey, and at £7 a throw, we felt one sandwich was enough. Garden was good with some great kids play equipment and bouncy castle.
