please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

A 19th century pub which has a lot of traditional back-street-boozer character (and characters!). One real ale on, well kept. The guvnor used to run a couple of pubs in Kingston and is enthusiastic about his new venue. Open Mic nights on alternate Thursdays.

The pub is thriving paerticularly in the early evening with new manager Fran doing her best to keep people happy. Only one real ale usually on from the three handpumps but it is often an unusual one for the area.

Gone now.

Local CAMRA says this is open again, but currently no Waylands ales! However with only Young's "ordinary" at present there is scope to get some Addled or another Waylands ale on as well.

Started using this pub more regularly when they decided to stock the local Waylands Brewery beer. Addled Ale and sometimes Blonde Belle on offer and always served in tip-top condition. Gets busy for live sports, but is always friendly and the Landlord makes you feel very welcome. A great little pub!
