| Impressive old building, quite luxurious decor. A lot of the events held here are not to my taste, and can get unpleasantly busy. But have really enjoyed the burlesque/vaudeville nights, masquerade balls, speakeasys, electro swing, rock bands, poetry, art, dollyrocker etc nights. | I have never been to a pub with a more obnoxious landlord, or staff who quite obviously don't want to be there. Even some of the punters were thoroughly repulsive, thinking they'd been given carte blanche to act like the biggest tw@ts in the world. | As a music venue this is excellent, but as a pub it's utter rubbish. Congratulations to the drinkers below who managed to order Ringwood Best and Solar Power.
