please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Obviously the previous people commenting haven't a clue! I am very fussy with pubs and least to say in the Bedminster area, but randomly going into this one I was greeted by friendly bar staff, severed a nice pint of lager in an outstandingly clean glass, only and have a great conversation with some of the locals. On leaving I was thanked for my custom by the landlord. Will definitely be drinking here again!

Avoid at all costs.

The pub is like the punters (mostly BCFC "fans") very low brow.

Would agree with Bazmatti, nothing great at all, 5/10

Bristol Born and Red is what it says on a banner above the front entrance. The pub is relatively small and apart from a leather sofa that has seen better days is not looking it's best. Beer wise it's a standard collection behind the bar. Atmosphere wise it is often quiet. I got stared at as soon as i went in and the atmosphere seemed to be a regulars only place. If your on a pub crawl it would be ok, but otherwise i wouldn't bother.
