Now closed and boarded up, going to be changed into two flats.
That's what comes of employing rubish bar staff, no customers.

Well, that was very quick, yet another change of hands, no better than the last one, still "Up for Sale" notice outside, I wonder how much longer it can last.

Changed hands yet again, beer quality even worse, I had the worst pint of Doombar I have ever tasted, two pumps already been taken out.
The new tenant, who does not seem to have a clue, and against everybodies advice apparently, insists that he is going to turn it into a wine bar, just what they need in that area, after all, the one in The Reservoir worked very well, for at least two weeks.

Visited here a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening. Was being run by a solitary barman who was happy to ignore the pissed up regular (Benson?) who was going from table to table harassing people who were eating and trying to talk. Beer was average and food was actually quite good (after a 30 minute wait), but we certainly won't be back.

Changed hands a while ago, James has gone, and the pub went with him, now has unfriendly staff, beer quality dropped, but prices gone up, last time I was in there, only one ale, and one lager, "guvner" always outside smoking whilst people waiting at the bar.
I will not be visiting again until someone new takes over.
