Good pub with good beer and a good atmosphere. There was a mini beer festival out the back today so plenty of choice. Titanic beers were on fine form and the food being sold from the hut out back while basic burgers, hot dogs, bacon rolls etc.was both good and cheap. Well worth a visit.

As a town which has fallen on hard times, Burslem would appear to need some TLC and the Bull's Head seems to be it. As the brewery tap for Titanic, it has all the range and when I was there recently, the Steerage was particlarly fine. And for one used to London prices, I was pleased to get this at £2.65 a pint. The juke box has some quriky selections too.

Nice pub, nice beer. Packed as there was a match on but service was quick and pleasant. The place itself seemed a bit sterile and I don't know if there'd be much atmosphere at a quieter time but for a drink before moving on it did the job perfectly.

Exceptional pub. All the Titanic Ales were on peak form (the plum porter and iceberg especially) plus there were various other ales from different breweries available. The care and consideration for the customer is faultless - from the excellent condition of the beer to the banter from the fella doing the burgers (in the pouring rain I hasten to add) even the cleanliness of the toilets all made for a great evening. Me and my old man travel the country following Wimbledon and rarely come across a pub that makes such an effort - a real gem and a real credit to the pleasant locals, staff and the extremely friendly & talkative manager Bob (top man). Such a shame it looks like the Vale are going up and we won't be able to go next year! 10/10.

Excellent place especially if you like Titanic beers as I do. Normally I see only one every now and again in the free trade and here were 6 or 7 in one place. Superb.
