I AM SORRY TO SAY- but that bar is just going from bad to bad ,the staff are rude ,the owner is like a thug at time shouting at girls scary ,stealing of bags . And now the music gone down hill .. what the hell happened to the good djs..bar staff are djs and the owner sorry bad music bring back the old djs
someone said the old djs are at Bar 23 just up road from there and thats the cool place to go.. sounds good to me

DO GO THERE... I've been going to the Jazz bar Dalston for several years now, some people are haters and walk away others love it.. they have great cocktails for which you don't have to wait too long and are reasonably priced. Yes it does get packed and you do get to meet new people and make friends. Unlike some sterile places in Dalston where it's all about looks and style fascist.... One word of caution dress like it's summer cause it does get hot in there.

Well, we were having a good time (even though it smells of armpit) until the owner forceably removed my friend from our group, surrounded her with the bouncer and shouted abuse at her for not kissing his friend. I thought he was going to punch her. Extremely frightening and upsetting.

DO NOT GO HERE!
The past 3 times me and my friends have all had stuff stolen from our pockets and bags!
I had my phone stolen from my front pocket! We found the guy who did it and the bouncers did nothing, its pretty safe to assume they were in on it.

Plus they let far too many people in here! Its not safe in any respect. As for the price of the beer, your better off going somewhere else.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!
